Co-owners may either rent (paid) or reserve (non-paid) the community clubhouse and other shared amenities by following the appropriate policies and procedures.
Rental (Paid Usage)
Co-owners must follow the Clubhouse Rental Policy for private events or functions.
Under certain circumstances, co-owners may reserve the clubhouse and grounds for community-related social events and functions with no rental fee. There are three common scenarios that a co-owner (or group of co-owners) may seek to reserve the clubhouse or grounds:
Occasional request to host an ad-hoc, one-time community social event.
Recurring request for a community meet-up such as an affinity group that meets regularly, like a book club.
Board-sponsored events being organized by the Community Social Committee in coordination with the Board, like an annual holiday party.
